For your convenience, I accept a variety of payment options, including Zelle, credit/debit cards, cash, and checks. This flexibility ensures you can choose the payment method that works best for you.
- How long is the typical wait?

The typical wait time is 1-3 days for you to receive access to your private online gallery, where you can select your favorite photos. Once you've made your selections, it takes up to 1 week to receive your edited pictures back. I strive to deliver high-quality results as promptly as possible to ensure you can enjoy your memories without delay.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

All services require a nonrefundable deposit that is credited to your full balance. When canceling, or no-shows, there will be no refunds on your deposit.
- What is the reschedule policy?

Sometimes the weather or unexpected circumstances occur that prevent our session from moving forward. It is required to notify me 24 hours in advance to reschedule a session. If you reschedule after the 24-hour mark, your deposit will not be credited, and a new deposit for the rescheduled date will be required.
If we need to reschedule due to weather, I will be communicating that with you, and your deposit will be honored. - Can I bring any props to the session?

Yes you can!! I prioritize bringing your visions to life! Bring as many props as you'd like!
Examples are: cap and gown for graduates, cake and balloons for birthdays, business cards and tools for branding sessions, ultra sounds, little shoes, and baby clothes for maternity sessions!!!
